Creating a comprehensive company analysis including recommendations

Our process begins with the completion of a detailed company analysis designed to collate all the important information about your company and its goals, covering subjects such as sales channels and online presence.

If you want to enter a new market, we will analyse the new market identifying opportunities and challenges including language barriers and cultural considerations. 

The results of the analysis are used for the formation of targeted marketing strategies. These may include for instance media relations, identification of suitable showroom locations, run of social media campaigns and creation of a country-specific website.

We provide attentive and personal services throughout, paying particular attention to the impact of political and financial influences such as Brexit and the effect of situational factors on product presentation. 

We also offer tailored optimisation measures (“second opinion”) to companies who are already established in a certain market but are looking to increase and improve their market presence.

REALISATION OF THE SELECTED PR AND MARKETING STRATEGIES 

Having selected PR and marketing strategies recommended at “Step 1” the focus is now on implementation. We would involve and connect your key departments (including sales, R&D and production) in the process. 

Results are constantly assessed and success measured against quantifiable criteria. This is presented in a Final Report.

Here we implement the relevant stages of the previous steps to tailor and develop the methods needed for your company to “Step Into New Markets®”. This would include for instance analysis of further sales opportunities, identification of new opportunities to increase publicity and identify niche market.
